RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our pieces are handmade to order, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time. Rings that don't fit correctly can be resized where possible.
All sales are final. If you have any questions about an item before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@sholabranson.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
In the event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we request that you contact info@sholabranson.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
If you have purchased a Shola Branson item from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.
SHIPPING
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your item arrives safely. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. We are happy to arrange special shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please contact info@sholabranson.com with any inquiries. For orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, the shipping cost displayed at checkout includes any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment.
